In the event of a misplaced order, please contact us immediately for return/refund options. Products that have already been shipped due to a misplaced order must remain SEALED if the item is eligible for return and refund.
Items damaged in shipping must be reported to HitVapesLLC@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery time. A refund will be issued immediately upon approval via in-store gift card of equal or greater amount to damaged products. Customer service and quality products are our main focus.
