In the event of a misplaced order, please contact us immediately for return/refund options. Products that have already been shipped due to a misplaced order must remain SEALED if the item is eligible for return and refund.

 

Items damaged in shipping must be reported to HitVapesLLC@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery time. A refund will be issued immediately upon approval via in-store gift card of equal or greater amount to damaged products. Customer service and quality products are our main focus. Feedback is greatly appreciated.

Delta-8 THC

  • Delta-8 THC is a psychoactive compound that is derived from hemp. It is legal in the United States at the federal level, but its legality varies from state to state.

 As of July 2023, delta-8 THC is illegal in the following states:

  • Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, and Utah

  • Delta-8 THC is legal in the remaining 36 states, as well as the District of Columbia and Guam.

  • The legality of delta-8 THC is still evolving, and it is possible that the laws in some states may change in the future.

  • Must be 21+ to purchase delta-8 products
